Offer ProClock, our time-tracking app, to your payroll clients as a service you bill for. Reselling is reserved for ProPay Professional and Enterprise licensees.
Bill your clients. Charge your clients ProClock’s regular monthly price. You keep half the per-employee fee. Paysoft keeps the base fee for hosting and support. Or price it lower to help win new payroll clients.
Clients do their own data entry. Clients add new hires, change pay rates and enter deductions and other pay in ProClock. It all syncs with ProPay, so you stop retyping their changes. You still run every payroll.
Lower renewals, down to free. Every edition qualifies, Standard included. Your ProPay renewal discount matches the share of your payroll clients on ProClock. It adds to the early-renewal discount, so with 80 percent on ProClock, a renewal paid by the first early-renewal deadline is free. Ask us how it works.
How your license works
Priced by client company, not by employee. Some payroll software charges per employee. With ProPay, each client can have unlimited employees. Sold in blocks of 10 clients. No per-client monthly fees. Tax table updates arrive through software updates, and support is included.
- Standard: 10 to 40 clients. Multi-state and local tax tables, MICR check encoding, garnishments, departments, PDF checks and reports you can email, batch printing of tax forms, built-in backup, and export to Excel and QuickBooks®.
- Professional: 10 to 50 clients. Everything in Standard, plus e-filing of Forms 940 and 941, job costing, workers’ comp tracking and payments, and a custom report writer. Includes a free ProClock account for your own use, so you know it before you offer it to clients.
- Enterprise: 20 to 100+ clients. Everything in Professional, plus direct deposit, EFTPS batch tax payments, state GovOne payments, tax impounding and client billing.
Enterprise add-on: ProPay WEB, an online portal for your clients. They log in to submit hours for payroll, print their own reports and download tax forms. Paysoft sets it up with you, ideally once a few clients are in ProPay. They see real data from day one.
