Step-by-Step Guide #
1. Identify Existing Printer Information #
- Open Windows Control Panel
- Navigate to Printers
- Right-click on an existing printer (e.g., HP LaserJet 4650)
- Select Properties > Ports > Configure Port
- Note down the Printer Name or IP Address and Port Number
2. Add a New Printer #
- Return to the Printers menu
- Click on Add Printer
- Select Add local printer
- Choose Create a new port
- Select HP from the manufacturer’s panel
- Choose HP LaserJet Series II from the printers panel
- Enter the Printer name noted in step 1
- Click Next
3. Configure New Printer #

- Click on Print a Test Page to verify functionality

- Launch Pro-Pay software
- Go to Client functions > Set up > System set-up Printers
