Part 1: Exporting from Pro-Pay Software #

  1. Open Pro-Pay software
  2. Navigate to Client Functions > Electronic Processing > EFTPS
  3. Print Report:
    • Click “Report” at the bottom of the page
    • Click “Print”
    • Click “Ok”
    • Click the red door to exit
  4. Export Data:
    • Click “Export” at the bottom of the page
    • Click “Yes”
    • Write down the Batch File Name on the printed report
    • Click “Ok” then “Yes”

Part 2: Using GOVONE Solutions PC Software #

  1. Open GOVONE Solutions PC software
  2. Import Payments:
    • Click on “Tools” > “Import”
    • Locate the exported file from Pro-Pay (in the PROPAY20 folder)
    • Enter the batch file name from your paper
    • Click “Open” then “Ok”
  3. Transmit Payments:
    • Go to “Payments” menu > “Pending”
    • Verify that imported files are correct
    • Highlight today’s files
    • Click “Transmit”
    • Exit
  4. Print Report:
    • Go to “File” menu > “Print” > “Accepted” > “Print” (ensure default printer is set to “Reports”)
    • Click “File” > “Exit”
