There are times when our technical support team may need to connect to your computer. In order to do this, they ask you to share your desktop with them. To do this you will need to access the home page of ProPay. Click on Utilities on the menu bar and select Share Desktop with Paysoft Support from the drop down menu.
This generates a 4-digit password which you will provide to a member of tech support team, then they can connect to your desk top. There are some technical support situations where it is easier for members of our support team to assist you if you can show what steps you taking when the incident occurred.
When our support member has finished assisting you, simply click on the red X in the upper right corner of the Paysoft Support window. You will get a message asking if you wish to disconnect, click yes.
